Lakewood Park’s condominium homes are arranged in unique two and three-story buildings with charming architectural character featuring stylish brick and wood exteriors. The property itself is situated on gently rolling hills and is bordered by Lake Orienta. Lakewood Park offers six one and two-bedroom open design floorplans including a patio or balcony terrace for outdoor entertaining.
POOLS/SPAS
The community has two pools/spas for the use and enjoyment of our residents. All users must review and observe the Pool Rules and Regulations. Failure to follow these rules can result in suspension of pool area privileges.
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
FITNESS CENTER
The community has a well-equipped Fitness Center for use by our residents. All users must review and observe the Fitness Center Rules and Regulations. In addition, all users MUST sign a Fitness Center Liability Release form to gain access.
HOURS: 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
CAR WASHING STATION
The Car Washing Station is located at the front of community adjacent to the Tennis Courts. The station requires quarters for its use.
CLUBHOUSE/THEATER ROOM
LWP has an intimate and beautiful clubhouse/theater room that residents may reserve for private events throughout the year. Residents must fill out a form (click here) and follow the Rules and Regulations related to the rental of the Clubhouse. The rental fee is $25.00/hour and requires a two-hour minimum rental. A $300.00 security deposit is also required. The Theater Room is also available for rent. The room seats 13 people and is available for $25.00 for five hours. A security deposit of $140.00 is also required. Please check the Calendar page before requesting a reservation to see if the Clubhouse is available
VALET TRASH
Service Pick Up/Times Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Please place your trash in your bin between 5:00am-7:00am. No pickup on Wednesday and Saturday. Also, no trash pick-up on the following Holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Residents are responsible for keeping their can clean. Residents will be charged $50 for any lost or damaged bins.
3 Step Process
- Securely TIE bags and place them in the Affinity Waste bin that has been provided outside your door.
- Please place your trash bag outside your door between the hours of 5:00am-7:00am.
- After placing your tied trash bag in the bin, please close the lid which will prevent animals from getting into.
