The Phase I Milestone Inspection of our community has been completed and we would like to highlight the engineer’s findings:
“AFTER REVIEWING THE PROPERTY, IT IS OUR OPINION THAT YOUR ASSOCIATION HAS PASSED THE PHASE I INSPECTION, NO PHASE II IS REQUIRED.”
As required, the summary report must be distributed in four different ways. All owners must receive it by mail as well as email to the addresses on file. In addition, it must be posted on property. Additionally, both the summary and full report are available on our website at: www.sentrymgt.com
